Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager located in Karāchi. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns that promote the brand and its services. This individual will help create marketing content, track and analyze metrics, identify trends, and work with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and storytelling to different audiences and channels
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting, including using web and social media analytics tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Islamic Banking and Financial experience is a plus
