Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Engineering will assist the Engineering Manager in overseeing engineering projects and initiatives. This role ensures successful project execution, maintains quality standards, and promotes a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical)
- 3-4 years of engineering experience
- Strong technical background and project management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills
- Industry-specific experience (FMCG or Pharma)
