Role Description:
This full-time, on-site Assistant Operations Manager role, located in Karachi at Abhi (YC S21), will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating and optimizing team management, ensuring optimal workflows and effective communication across teams. Responsibilities also include overseeing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to operations.
Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience in operations management, preferably in a fintech or tech startup environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, operations, finance, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently across teams and departments
- Demonstrated experience with developing and implementing SOPs, managing compliance, and executing initiatives and projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively
