Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Operations Manager located in Gujrat. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including coordinating and managing networked radio station activities, ensuring smooth transmission, maintaining equipment, managing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Assistant Operations Manager will also assist in strategic planning, budgeting, and implementing operational improvements.
