Job Description
Dany Technologies and Audionic are seeking an Assistant Manager for E-commerce Operations to oversee warehouse operations in Karachi and Lahore. Responsibilities include managing online orders, inventory levels, and coordinating with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage warehouse operations.
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for shipments.
E-commerce Operations:
- Manage the end-to-end process of online orders.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for accurate product listings.
- Monitor order fulfillment and resolve issues.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of e-commerce operations management experience.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
