Job Description
Blue Star Manufacturing (Pvt) Limited is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Operation Manager. If you have a passion for production management and are keen on taking on new challenges, we want to hear from you!
Main responsibilities for this position include:
- Handling all types of production issues, section-by-section coordination, and especially focusing on sewing.
- Dealing with QC and QA department for product improvement and taking on-site training to accomplish the approval process and standard.
- Working closely with the production team from the development stage to anticipate production bottlenecks and quality problems, and troubleshoot them.
- Ensuring conformity with buyer quality requirements through final garment checks.
- Assisting in production evaluations, making reports, and upgrading them as per company standards and SOPs.
- Upgrading the technical data sheet and working on different work orders and presenting them to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Controlling the audit assessment process of the concerned units.
- Analyzing new processes to identify potential problems and working on alternative solutions to achieve the best results.
- Preparing a schedule and planning the daily work for processes and delegating work based on workload and priority requirements.
- Assisting in pre-production meetings arrangements with merchandising team, buyer representative, and quality department.
- Effectively following up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards, and team performance.
- Assisting in bulk approval, bulk production coordination.
- Providing assistance to the production head in all aspects.
- Creating day-to-day production plans to meet customer delivery dates and implementing customer requirements.
