Company Description

Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission’s Directorate of Planning is responsible for the planning and coordination of atomic energy projects in Pakistan. The commission is headquartered in Islamabad and the Assistant role is located in Karachi Division.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant at Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team. This includes but is not limited to preparing correspondence, arranging meetings, maintaining files and records, and providing general assistance to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or related field is a plus
