Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead & implement procurement strategies, policies and procedures to manage purchase to pay (P2P) process.
- Conduct market research through visits, identify new sources/markets, perform vendors’ validation and develop a pool of approved vendors.
- Support Project team during the Complete Project Cycle, and ensure that all material/services are availed at most cost-effective rates through competitive bids and verified vendors.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to support their agenda on strategic sourcing requirements.
Education:
- Engineering / Business Graduate.
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience of local market procurement and vendor management.
Required Skills:
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self-disciplined, process and solution-oriented.
- Solid knowledge of local businesses/market.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
