Position Overview: Synergy Corporation is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Procurement team focusing on power generation. The role involves managing the procurement process, ensuring quality materials and services acquisition, and supporting sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for energy production materials.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance for cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Analyze procurement data, prepare reports, and manage supplier relationships.
Qualifications:
- Engineering/Material/Management degree with 3+ years of procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, proficiency in procurement software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and sustainability knowledge.
Salary Range: Competitive based on experience
