Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Digitt Plus as an Assistant Product Manager. In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping and managing innovative digital banking solutions, specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of merchants. This position requires crafting and executing product strategies, conducting comprehensive market research, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver cutting-edge digital payment solutions, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify merchant needs, stay abreast of industry trends, and gather competitive insights.
- Analyze merchant feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform strategic product decisions.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities while addressing potential gaps for new product development.
- Manage and address merchant needs and expectations, ensuring effective product/project management.
- Foster seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer support.
- Create and maintain detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) outlining business needs, features, and functionalities.
- Develop user stories with comprehensive user journeys and prerequisites required for feature development.
- Design wireframes to visually articulate user journeys.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), post-production testing, and training for new features and enhancements.
- Monitor and address merchant issues, ensuring timely resolution by collaborating with the Contact Center, operations, and tech support teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on products for merchants and various payment solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in project management and product management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
