Job Description
Job Summary:
Supervise all standard production tasks and contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization, effectively utilizing resources (man, material, and machine).
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising Granulation and Blending department meticulously.
- Execute weekly plans in Granulation and Blending, meeting production schedules within budget constraints, and maintaining daily output.
- Control material losses, record material consumption accurately in SAP, and maintain high CGMP standards.
- Provide training to ensure EHS compliance and optimize resource allocation.
- Review and improve operational procedures and ensure machine maintenance.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Qualified Pharmacist with OSD manufacturing understanding.
- Familiarity with quality standards (WHO, PIC/S), health, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, with effective communication and leadership skills.
- Strong time management, decision-making, and organizational abilities in a high-performance environment.
