Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and meticulously plan production priorities, workflows, and schedules to optimize output efficiency.
- Assist in managing production processes in injection molding, focusing on modern techniques, to ensure the highest quality output and optimal efficiency.
- Proactively identify and promptly report operational and maintenance issues to prevent any potential disruptions to production timelines.
- Schedule and oversee routine inspections and maintenance of production equipment, aiming to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure smooth functioning.
- Exhibit professionalism while addressing and resolving employee concerns and complaints, promoting a positive work environment.
- Thoroughly document work instructions and procedures, ensuring a comprehensive knowledge base for operational tasks.
- Uphold the highest standards of product quality while prioritizing safety in all production activities.
Job Details:
Experience: 2-3 years
Work Timings:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 A.M 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 A.M 1:30 PM
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
