- Experience in sterile manufacturing and pharmaceutical production.
- Familiarity with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Data analysis and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Knowledge of antibiotics like Cephalosporins and Quinolones is a plus.
