Role Description
This full-time on-site role involves overseeing production activities, managing schedules, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring product quality at Yummy Milk & Food Products (Pvt) Ltd. Required to work closely with the production team, suppliers, and implement production plans.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of production processes and operations
- Experience in managing schedules and optimizing efficiency
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Previous food industry experience required, dairy industry experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, engineering, or related field
