Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales) to drive project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, effectively communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress against metrics and KPIs, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Management or related role.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.
