Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in leading teams effectively.
- Ability to get requirements from end users and execute them effectively. Determine clear deliverables and responsibilities for team members.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile project management.
- Experience in leading teams using Scrum is preferable.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on tight deadlines.
- Proficient in making project plans using Ms. Project, JIRA, and Primavera p6.
- Experience in leading software application-based projects.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages is desirable.
Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Project Management/Computer Science/Software Engineering or relevant discipline.
