Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee on-site supervision of construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include ensuring quality compliance, handling all construction and post-construction issues, and managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Quality assurance on-site
- Supervising new construction and maintenance works
- Conducting land surveys and preparing reports
- Managing project milestones and contractor follow-ups
- Performing soil testing and quality-related tests
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 10 years of building construction experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
