Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Assistant with RAZI OVERSEAS CONSULTANT, located in Gujranwala with flexibility for some remote work. As an Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to assisting clients with their visa applications, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing correspondence and phone calls, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
