Job Title : HR Assistant Recruiter

Location: Clifton, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

The HR Assistant Recruiter is responsible for supporting the HR department in all aspects of recruitment and hiring. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The HR Assistant Recruiter plays a crucial role in ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of recruiting plans.
  • Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and other platforms.

Sourcing Candidates:

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media).
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the position.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview materials and ensure that interviewers are well-prepared.

Candidate Management:

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates following interviews.

Onboarding:

  • Assist with the preparation and dissemination of onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and training sessions.
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed and filed.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR support is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
