Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To conduct primary and secondary verification for multiple background checks
- Management of client queries regarding procedural steps
- Fact-finding through state departments globally
- Manage service providers and procurement
- Research subject information across media outlets
- Maintain/update database, ensure accuracy
- Improve operational methods and workflows
- Ensure strict confidentiality
- Other tasks assigned
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Skills & Tools: Research, Email handling, problem-solving, communication, project management
Experience Required: Fresh to one year in relevant field
