Job Description

Position: Assistant Sales Manager (Industrial & Architectural segments)

Location: Karachi

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Institutional and Project/Industrial Sales Setup, preferably in the Paint Industry
  • Incumbent must have strong connections with architectural networks

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for managing key customers (Industrial & Architectural segments) and achieving sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers to ensure profitable sales and long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and marketing, to meet customer requirements effectively
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, emphasizing key account performance and areas for improvement
