Job Description
Position: Assistant Sales Manager (Industrial & Architectural segments)
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Institutional and Project/Industrial Sales Setup, preferably in the Paint Industry
- Incumbent must have strong connections with architectural networks
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Job Description:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for managing key customers (Industrial & Architectural segments) and achieving sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers to ensure profitable sales and long-term relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and marketing, to meet customer requirements effectively
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, emphasizing key account performance and areas for improvement
