Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. This role will be instrumental in driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and providing technical support for our energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the power sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in the energy sector.
- Demonstrated independent sales achievement and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of power systems and energy solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
