Job Description
Company Overview:
Hadron Solar is a leading end-to-end implementation company specializing in PV solutions for the Solar industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical Consultation and Solution Selling:
– Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
– Provide expert technical advice and consultation to clients, recommending the most suitable solutions that align with their needs.
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of PV solutions.
2. Business Development:
– Identifying and securing new business opportunities, by visits, cold-call methods and Social Media queries.
3. Relationship Building and Account Management:
– Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
– Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts and develop strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Qualifications:
– BBA/MBA or an Engineering degree from a reputable university.
– 3-5 years proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the Solar industry or related sectors.
– Strong understanding of PV solutions.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
