Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at HATEEM CITY LAHORE located in Lahore. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager, developing sales strategies, assisting with the training and development of the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for tracking sales performance and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in more than one language is a plus
