Job Description
Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting and achieving
sales targets, and ensuring that both individual and team KPIs are met. This role requires a proactive
leader with a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a proven
ability to drive results in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build a strong sales pipeline for high-value B2B and B2C customer segments.
● Generate business through the acquisition of new customers and repeat conversion on existing
clients.
● Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
● Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance the sales team’s skills and
performance.
● Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear objectives for team members.
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
● Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
● Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
● Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
● Monitor progress towards targets and take corrective actions as needed.
● Ensure that both personal and team sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.
● Implement strategies to improve sales processes and increase efficiency.
● Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
● Ensure that customer issues and concerns are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
● 2 to 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services or
lending industry.
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
● Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
