Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the solar industry and a proven track record in sales. This role involves managing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales engineers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the solar industry.
- Maintain and expand the customer base through strong relationship-building.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the solar industry.
