Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies, drive sales performance, and achieve revenue targets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and execution of sales plans and strategies
- Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitoring sales performance and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Providing support in preparing sales presentations and proposals
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
