Job Description
Faisalabad Realtors seeks an energetic, goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, lead consultants, and drive property transactions. The role involves assisting strategy development, supervising and motivating the sales team, managing client inquiries and presentations, coordinating site visits, handling CRM leads, preparing reports, and supporting events.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 1–5 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Skills: strong communication and negotiation, CRM and MS Office proficiency, local market knowledge
- Other: target-driven, willing to travel; driving license and vehicle preferred
- Employment: full-time, in-person; salary Rs40,00–Rs80,00 per month
