Role Description:
This is a full-time Assistant Sales Manager role, located in Islamabad, requiring on-site presence. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely with Sales Managers to develop sales strategies, contribute to business growth, and maintain relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for interacting with customers, managing account portfolios, preparing reports and presentations, analyzing market trends, developing and executing sales plans, and participating in trade fairs and networking events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Assistant or Sales Coordinator preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales trends, data, and market information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients
- Fluency in English and Urdu language
- Experience in Electrical Engineering, Security Systems, Telecommunications, Building Management System, and Information Technology industry is a plus
