Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Islamabad. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and communicating with both the internal team and external clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
