Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer complaints; direct relevant employees for resolution. Maintain system documents and rectify errors with Branch Manager’s consultation.
- Ensure no repeat faults after Dawlance technical service officers resolve issues.
- Maintain good relations with dealers/franchises, send reports to Branch Manager.
- Ensure employees follow health and safety precautions.
- Control warranty, expenses, revenue, and quality improvement services.
- Monitor daily collections, reconcile deposits, and report to Branch Manager.
- Implement upper management policies, ensure smooth branch operations.
- Guide employees, meet KPIs, and perform assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Undergraduate Engineer with 1-2 years relevant experience.
