Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Social Media role is crucial for managing HBL Microfinance Bank LTD’s digital community, enhancing brand presence, and driving customer engagement. This position ensures effective execution of social media strategies and digital communications (SMS and push notifications), while providing insights through sentiment analysis to optimize campaigns.
1 – Community Management and Engagement:
Oversee the community management agency, respond to customer inquiries, collect data on complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
2 – Digital Communications (SMS and Push Notifications): Execute, monitor, and optimize SMS and push notification campaigns for effective customer communication.
3 – Sentiment Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor customer sentiment, analyze feedback, provide critical insights, and manage brand reputation.
4 – Support for Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives:
Support digital marketing campaigns by managing community interactions and executing campaigns to boost customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Prior experience in Marketing department, preferably in Digital / Social Media Marketing
Knowledge / Skills:
Working knowledge of various social media platforms. Ability to create creative campaigns for bank’s products and services.
