Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and implement customer-attraction strategies. Key duties include coordinating sales processes, orders and payments; supervising and motivating staff; monitoring budgets and inventory; tracking business objectives; evaluating performance and coaching sales associates; preparing revenue and expense reports; and assisting with store closing procedures.
- Requirements: age 25–35; secondary diploma to bachelor’s degree preferred; at least 1 year retail experience preferred.
- Full-time, in-person position. Salary from Rs45,00/month.
