Job Description
- Ensure timely procurement of items for The Indus Hospital (TIH) including purchases, donations, and store items.
- Verify purchase orders per TIH Purchase Manual.
- Maintain material availability at minimum cost and time.
- Handle receipts, resolve discrepancies, and serve as the liaison between suppliers and end users.
- Inform departments of delivery schedules and manage petty cash.
- Prepare work plans and duty rosters, review items for quality, and manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate meetings and interact with department heads.
- Supervise staff and maintain purchase records.
- Manage department budget and perform assigned tasks.
