Job Description
ABS International is seeking a capable Assistant Trainer to spearhead our organizational training strategy, oversee its execution, and evaluate its effectiveness. This pivotal role involves identifying training needs, crafting suitable initiatives, and fostering employee loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing training programs and propose enhancements to boost engagement, learning outcomes, and retention.
- Ensure training materials and programs remain current, accurate, and impactful.
- Stay updated on emerging training methodologies and industry benchmarks, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Identify training opportunities to address operational changes or industry advancements.
- Lead or facilitate relevant training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Trainer.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective training programs.
- Proficiency in various training methods, including traditional and contemporary approaches such as mentoring, coaching, e-learning, and workshops.
Salary:
- Competitive and aligned with market standards.
Shift Timing:
- 6 PM to 2 AM

Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13/C, Karachi.
