Job Description
The incumbent will lead the warehouse, overseeing operations, inventory management, and achieving service performance targets.
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Oversee inventory control procedures and order fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for cost-effective delivery.
- Lead and motivate team members, implement safety protocols, and maintain a positive work environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum 3-4 years experience in similar leadership roles within Women’s fashion retail.
- Skill Set:
- Experience in supervision, knowledge of warehouse procedures, Microsoft Office proficiency, strategic thinking, and team management skills.
- Physical strength, ability to work under pressure, and manage daily operations.
