Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position will succeed if they possess knowledge and technical depth in greige fabric, Airjet looms, and the textile industry. They will be involved in decision-making processes and collaborate with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations.
- Oversee multiple personnel and teams.
- Manage in-house production of woven grey fabric.
- Reconciliation with vendors for closed qualities.
- Control in-house weaving operations.
- Create daily greige fabric reports and manage data entry for other reports.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and ledger management.
- Control folding wastage to meet waste percentage requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Intermediate equivalent experience.
- Experienced in Weaving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Organized and have strong leadership skills.
