Job Description
Our company, Xandr, is currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various clerical tasks in our office environment. Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming phone calls and other communications.
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Managing and organizing files, as well as updating paperwork and documents.
- Performing general office clerk duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
