Job Description
Transworld Home Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Billing & Collection to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately recording customer receipts in SAP and preparing comprehensive Cash Receipt Reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Your duties will include managing invoice PDFs, sending pre-alert emails to customers, and resolving payment disputes in collaboration with the commercial team.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with SAP FI and advanced proficiency in MS Excel, alongside excellent communication skills. A Master’s degree in Finance or a related field, coupled with 1-2 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
