Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Associate position at BISMILLAH SECURITY SERVICES located in Islamabad. The role requires working on-site, with the flexibility to work from home on some occasions. The associates will assist the company’s security staff in maintaining a safe and secure environment for the company’s premises, and may also interact with clients and their security staff as needed. Additional tasks may include monitoring security cameras, responding to alarms, and ensuring compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a security-related role is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and observant of surroundings
- Knowledge of basic security protocols and emergency response procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a security training program is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Must be legally authorized to work in Pakistan
