Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in IT projects. The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Minimum of two years experience in IT technical documentation
- Prior experience as a point of contact for international clients (preferably EU)
- Experience working with APIs and E-commerce platforms
- Minimum of two years working in a B2B environment, with a focus on technology systems
- Familiarity with business processes
- Prior experience working on any eCommerce platform
- Job timings will be from 3pm to 12am
