Role Description:
The Business Analyst will analyze business requirements, processes, and procedures. They will translate requirements into functional specifications, collaborate with project teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Understand stakeholders’ needs and challenges
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions
- Create detailed documentation and maintain project documentation
- Identify areas for process optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of business requirements gathering
