Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Call Center at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be a good listener, and efficiently multitask. Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
