Job Description
Katib is seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead visual content direction, develop content strategies, and manage projects while collaborating with stakeholders to create innovative campaigns.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead creative direction for visual content, advertising, and multimedia projects.
- Develop and execute content strategies across platforms.
- Manage marketing calendar for campaigns and events.
- Collaborate internally for innovative campaigns.
- Conduct market research and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Creative Lead experience.
- Experience in advertising agency creative departments.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
