Job Description
Z2C Limited is currently hiring for the position of Associate Financial Planning & Analyst. We are looking for qualified candidates with the following requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Additional Certifications: CA OR CFA / Financial Modelling OR Valuation Analyst
- Experience: 2-3 years (Investment Banking, financial planning)
- Location: Clifton, Karachi
Job Requirements:
- Assisting in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business planning and performance evaluation.
- Collaborating with the FP&A Manager and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and growth opportunities.
- Participating in financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and investments, conducting Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis, and identifying potential risks.
- Supporting financial modeling exercises for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
- Preparing comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assisting in the implementation of any financial software tools.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Basic to moderate understanding of investment principles and risk assessment.
- Understanding of investment metrics and financial forecasting.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting to facilitate the ability to conduct due diligence as needed.
- Leadership potential with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Monitoring industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to assess their impact on the organization’s financial performance.
- Collaborating with senior team members to learn from them.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Basic to moderate financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and business planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively.
- Exposure to working with financial software and tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Understanding of financial statement analysis and valuation methods.
