Job Description
Devsinc is seeking a skilled Associate Growth Executive to drive business growth. Responsibilities include generating leads, understanding client needs, building relationships, collaborating with teams, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through various channels
- Conduct research to understand client needs
- Build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate on targeted campaigns
- Provide regular sales activity reports
- Meet or exceed targets
- Participate in outbound marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 0-1 year experience in business development or sales, IT sector preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
