Job Description
Devsinc is seeking qualified Associate Growth Executives to join our team. The role involves building lasting customer relationships, driving sales, and exploring new business opportunities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads through LinkedIn and online platforms
- Write persuasive proposals and communicate effectively in English
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Establish trust with prospects and qualify leads
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities
- Coordinate meetings between customers and sales executives
- Provide regular reports on sales performance
- Evaluate lead quality and monitor market changes
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets
- Coordinate marketing and sales campaigns
- Execute outbound campaigns to generate sales opportunities
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Requirements:
- Willingness to work night shifts (6PM – 3AM)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related fields
- 0-1 year experience in business development in IT/SE or similar field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and proficiency in MS Office
