Job Description
Planlab Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate HR Executive to join our dynamic team. As an HR, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
The candidate must have the following skills and abilities:
- Reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
- Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to employees.
- Preparing and submitting HR letters/documents/certificates.
- Processing salary, increment, leave encashment, and full and final settlements.
- Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance.
- Conducting employee orientation and joining formalities.
- Maintaining and updating employee databases.
- Resolving grievances or queries.
- Preparing offer and confirmation letters.
- Engaging with employees to understand motivation levels.
- Conducting telephonic interviews.
Requirements:
- Good communication and writing skills.
- People-oriented and result-driven.
- Experience in Recruitment & Selection.
- Technical Recruitment knowledge.
- Payroll management system knowledge.
- People management experience.
- Training & development skills.
- BBA, MBA HRM, or relevant domain qualification.
Timing: 10 am – 7 pm
