Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate HR at Pixarsart Studios. The Associate HR will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related tasks. The role involves day-to-day HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. It requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively handle HR matters.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Expertise in employee benefits and personnel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
