Job Description
- Assist in all activities of the Procurement Department, including the implementation of QAPs, SEPs, etc.
- Supervise all activities in Local Purchase (General Item).
- Take necessary quick action for resolution of any hindrances throughout the complete procurement cycle.
- Receive consumable/General items with bills from the buyer.
- Email all bills and quotations to the concerned individuals for quotation approval and generating Purchase Orders (POs).
- Handle all consumable/general items received from the central and local purchase Hyderabad.
- Verify materials requested by the requester and submit them to receiving to ensure their delivery to the store.
- Coordinate and distribute purchase orders to vendors in Hyderabad city based on allocated orders from the Central department DPL1.
- Responsible for yearly contracts related to marketing and general services.
- Report incidents/accidents/non-conformances and take corrective and preventive actions against any nonconformity.
- Implement and maintain the 7-S program in the department.
- Perform any other assigned work from time to time.
Any additional responsibilities instructed by the Head of Department.
